三年前的今天，在越南順化吃牛肉米線
米線(bún)是越南的國民料理，不管是乾的湯的大家都愛吃，早上大家常吃一碗湯米線作為早餐。我最常吃的牛肉米線(bún bò)與豬肉米線(bún giò)，攤位就在宿舍門口，因為來吃的幾乎都是學生，感覺阿姨特別照顧學生們，一碗牛肉米線只要10.000越南盾，台幣還不到十五元，也因為順化物價便宜，在別的地方就會貴上一些。要吃之前擠一些檸檬汁進去，撒入生菜與豆芽，就可以享用這道國民美食了。吃完一碗再去上課，就是美好一天的開始！

"Bún bò" and "bún giò" (beef/pork rice noodles) are one of my favorite food in Vietnam, I really miss the flavor. This food stand is just at the corner of the side gate to school. When I was a Mandarin teacher at Hue university of foreign languages, I usually eat Bún bò for breakfast. And it’s SUPER CHEAP! Only around 50 cents, you can have a hot soup with meat and rice noodles, then start today's work. That's the reason I can’t imagine the winter without Bún bò 🤣
